Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the drivers of sustainability in the fashion supply chain during periods of disruption. The importance of this study lies in providing an integrated model to understand the dynamics governing sustainability under such conditions. This research employs a three-stage mixed-method approach. First, the fuzzy Delphi method was used to screen and finalize key drivers from an initial list extracted from the literature. Next, interpretive structural modeling was applied to develop a six-level hierarchical model illustrating the causal relationships among these drivers. The results indicate that drivers such as “top management commitment” and the “existence of explicit policy” occupy the most fundamental level and serve as prerequisites for other factors. Finally, MICMAC analysis confirmed that the system is highly interconnected and that the identified fundamental drivers exert the greatest influence on the entire system.
